Here is the honest version of how this works, because it is not the same as buying from a warehouse.
The policies that actually govern your order are the ones shown at checkout. Orders are placed on our Printify Pop-Up Store, and that store and its fulfillment partner handle production, shipping, delivery, and any resolution afterward. Read the shipping and return terms displayed at checkout before you buy, because those are the terms you are agreeing to.
Everything is made to order
Nothing here is printed in advance and sitting on a shelf. When you place an order, that item gets produced for you and then shipped. That is why the timeline is different from a retailer shipping something out of a bin, and it is also why standard return terms may not apply the same way they would to stock merchandise.
Who ships your order
The fulfillment partner behind the store produces and ships it. Dn't B' Ordinary does not hold inventory, does not pack boxes, and does not run the carrier relationship. Shipping options, costs, and estimates are shown to you during checkout.
Returns, replacements, and problems
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, that is handled through the store where you checked out, under the policies shown there. Start with the order confirmation email you received, since it links back to the right place.

Where to find the exact terms
Delivery estimates, shipping costs, and return handling are all shown to you at checkout, before you pay. Those are the terms that apply to your order, so that is the place to read them. We keep this page short rather than restating numbers here, because the checkout page is always the current and correct version.
