This policy explains what information Dn't B' Ordinary collects through this website, what happens to it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, email us and ask.
Checkout does not happen on this website. Orders are placed on our Printify Pop-Up Store. Anything you enter there, including payment and shipping details, is collected and handled by that store and its providers under their own privacy terms, not this one. Read the policies shown at checkout before you buy.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form on this site: your first and last name, your email address, an optional phone number, the topic you select, and your message. That is the whole list. This site has no login, no shopping cart, no account system, and no payment processing.
How we use it
To answer you. Your message goes to one inbox and is read by the owner. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing email unless you specifically ask to hear about new designs.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for advertising or for money. There is no data broker relationship here and there never will be.
Who else touches it
- Formspree processes the contact form and delivers the message to our inbox. It sees the fields you submitted.
- Our web host serves the site and keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and browser type.
- Our email provider stores the message once it arrives.
- Our fulfillment and store partner handles anything you enter at checkout, on their own site and under their own policy.
Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf or on their own terms for the parts they own. None of them receive your information for their own advertising through us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels. If analytics is added later, this policy will be updated to name it before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in the inbox as ordinary correspondence. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights in Texas
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and get a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Opt out of any sale of personal data or targeted advertising. We do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right stands
To make a request, email dntbordinary@gmail.com with what you want done. We may need to confirm you are the person the data is about before acting. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to that decision, and you can contact the Texas Attorney General if you are not satisfied.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
